FROM STORE TO SPREADSHEET

A practical tax handoff,
without another calculation engine.

WooCommerce records the amounts. TaxPack makes them easier to review, reconcile, and share.

01

Map what you already collect

Classify your existing WooCommerce rate IDs as GST, HST, PST, QST, or RST. Unmapped rates remain visible.

02

Review the complete picture

Choose a period and province attribution. See shipping tax, discounts, refunds, and discrepancies, with links to the source orders.

03

Give your accountant the detail

Save the report. Export summary, tax-line, and order CSVs, plus English and French preparation worksheets.

RECONCILIATION WITH A PAPER TRAIL

Keep the exceptions
in the picture.

A refund without tax allocation needs a second look. So does a missing province. TaxPack flags these records and keeps their amounts in the report.

Read the reporting details

Saved reports preserve their original mappings and source values.

Refunds use their own dates, including refunds of older orders.

Shipping tax is shown as part of the total, never counted twice.

Your order and tax-report data stays in your WordPress database.

Preparation and reconciliation only. TaxPack does not calculate taxes, determine filing obligations, calculate input-tax credits, provide tax advice, or e-file.

BEFORE YOU START

A few useful details.

Does TaxPack change how my store charges tax?+

No. TaxPack reads tax lines already stored on WooCommerce orders and refunds. It does not change orders, rates, or checkout calculations.

What dates do reports use?+

Order creation dates in the store timezone. Refunds use their own creation dates and are included independently of the parent order status. This is not a payment-date or cash-basis report.

What are the requirements and limits?+

WordPress 6.5+, WooCommerce 8.2+, and 64-bit PHP 8.2+. Both HPOS and legacy order storage are supported. Each report includes up to 5,000 order and refund records; use shorter periods for larger stores.

What happens if I cancel?+

Your subscription will not renew. Updates, downloads, support, and production-site activations are available through your paid period. The installed plugin and saved reports continue to work.

Does my store send tax data to TaxPack?+

No. Reports stay in WordPress. Licensing requests send your license key, site URL, and an installation token to our licensing service. No order, customer, or tax amounts are included.

Are the worksheets official tax returns?+

No. English and French worksheets are printable preparation documents. Your accountant should review the data and determine what belongs in your filings.
